Wow! I cannot believe how the time flies! Caroline started Kindergarten at Fayette Academy on Thursday, August 14th. What an emotional day for me! I actually had to catch myself from sobbing outloud in her classroom. Caroline, of course, was ready and so excited to be there. She listened so well and did exactly what she was told to do. She was glad to see a few of her friends from PreK last year. Her teacher this year is Mrs. Dinah Armour. Mrs. Dinah was Emily's kindergarten teacher as well as Aunt Joyce's kindergarten teacher. Mrs. Dinah sent me the sweetest note home after school saying how "honored" she was to have both of my girls for Kindergarten and how she feels as if we are family! I love this Mrs. Dinah and her assistant Mrs. Janet. She taught Emily so much about life that year. Things that will stick with her forever. Such as "Always stop what you are doing and pray for the people in the ambulance whenever you hear sirens." Needless to say, I'm very happy that Caroline will be led this year by such great people.
